RoxSkills ("we", "us") provides an iOS app that records short videos of your exercise technique and returns AI-generated coaching feedback. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It also covers this website, including the free guides you can download here.

Who runs this website

This website, roxskills.app, and the free guides on it are run by Blue House Technologies Sp. z o.o., the controller of the personal data collected through this website, including guide sign-ups. You can reach us at pd@bluehouse.tech.

Information we collect

Technique videos you record. Uploaded to our processing backend (Supabase) to generate your analysis. Analyzed videos are kept so you can replay them in the app; videos that cannot be analyzed are deleted automatically (see "Retention"). We ask for your explicit consent in the app before your first video is analyzed.
Analysis results and usage data. Scores, coaching feedback, exercise type, timestamps, and how many analyses you have run (to enforce subscription allowance limits).
Account identifiers. You sign in with Apple to use RoxSkills; we store the Apple user identifier and, if you share it, your name. We never receive your Apple password.
Subscription status. Managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We store whether your subscription is active; we never receive your payment card details.

To produce your technique analysis and coaching insights.
To enforce subscription allowance limits.
To operate, secure, and improve the app.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the service on our behalf:

Google (Gemini API) — receives your technique video to generate the analysis.
Supabase — database, storage, and backend hosting.
RevenueCat & Apple — subscription management and billing.
Vercel — website hosting, and private storage of guide sign-ups and download counts in the EU.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Retention

Technique videos that produce an analysis are retained in our storage so you can replay them in the app, until you delete your account. Videos that cannot be analyzed are deleted from our storage automatically after processing. Analysis results and account data are retained until you delete your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your videos, analyses, and account data from our systems and revokes the Sign in with Apple token.

Guide downloads and emails

To get a free guide from this website, such as "26/27 penalty rules, station by station", you enter your email address. Below it is an optional box to tick if you'd also like our emails. What happens next depends on that box.

If you leave the box unticked

We use your email address only to give you the guide on the page. We don't store it, and we won't email you.

If you tick the box

We keep your email address with a record of your consent: when you gave it, the exact wording of the box and its version, which guide you got. We use your address only to send you occasional race-prep tips and RoxSkills news. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time, with the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by emailing pd@bluehouse.tech. We then stop emailing you straight away and delete your address within 30 days. Withdrawing doesn't affect emails we sent before.

Counting sign-ups and downloads

We keep daily totals of guide sign-ups, email opt-ins and download clicks, grouped by guide and, for downloads, PDF version. Sign-up totals can include predefined campaign and referring-site labels such as Instagram or wall balls. Unknown labels are discarded. These totals contain no email addresses, email hashes, individual events or exact submission times. Campaign labels are not attached to your email record. We use the totals to see how many people get our guides and which posts bring them.

So that the download and the offer code are still there if you come back, your browser keeps a note on your device that you've got the guide. It holds only a date, and you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups, counts and the email list are stored privately with Vercel, our website host, in its Frankfurt (EU) region. We don't use an email service yet. If we start using one to send these emails, we'll name it here before we do. We don't sell your email address or use it for third-party advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you or someone else in a portable format: email pd@bluehouse.tech. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Poland that's the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or you can contact the authority where you live or work.

Your choices

Delete your account any time from the in-app account menu — this permanently deletes your recordings, analyses, and account.
Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Unsubscribe from guide emails any time (see "Guide downloads and emails").

Children

RoxSkills is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
